The WOW Factor!

MCEI provides many activities with a WOW Factor being experienced by participants.
So just what is the WOW Factor?   It is the element that makes participants feel as though they have received more than they expected; something exclusive; something ‘outside the box’ – it is special; it is exceptional; it is unique – it is the WOW Factor!

4. Events - there are three types of regular Events that are held (a different type each month) throughout the year plus the MCEI Marketing Awards presentation. All make for an exceptional WOW Factor:-

a). Connect Events
These events frequently have entertainment as well as great presenters, and fantastic door prizes; but additionally they provide a wonderful opportunity to network with businesses who are looking for new contacts. These can be cocktail events or dinners.

b) Gold Pass Events
These events are held as workshops and the numbers are restricted to a maximum of 20 to allow for more personal support. They are free to Platinum and Gold Members of MCEI with a small entrée fee charged to other attendees.

c) VIP Events
This is an exclusive event provided for VIP members of MCEI and their guests. They are held in a private dining room of a club (e.g. RACV Club or Australian Club) and numbers are restricted to a maximum of 18. There is a dinner speaker and some very targeted networking takes place in this exclusive environment.

d) Awards
The Awards are a new addition to the MCEI WOW Factor. They provide winners with huge, ongoing promotion via three websites and blogs (which are ranked on page one on Google) All entrants receive written reports from the judges and a relevant logo (depending on their achievements) that they can use on their promotional material. The ‘Australian Marketer of the Year’ also wins a trip overseas. In 2010 the awards are being held in conjunction with the MCEI Asia Pacific Business Conference.  The winner will be going on a 10 day tour of Taiwan (with a guide to translate).
