Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc.
A. As a qualified Homoeopath I have been formulating Homoeopathic medicines for over 15 years. My passion
for Women’s Health and ongoing wellbeing is demonstrated by networking clubs I have set up in the City and Country.
To help women break free of unhealthy lifestyle habits I formulated a unique homoeopathic formula, sold nationally
and internationally. Be Free balances the mind and body to support women in breaking free from habits. I enjoy
networking with and inspiring women to be all that they can be and am excited about the recent launch of a skincare
range to blend with my new hormone-balancing formula.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. Would you like to set yourself free? Be Free Now launched a unique homoeopathic product called Be Free
Habit Free formula, along with a book which assists you to break free from unhealthy lifestyle habits. With private
health consultations in Hawthorn and Maryborough, along with in-store training, set yourself free to achieve your
goals now.
Q. Do you work from home? How many do you employ?
A. A home office complements the 2 clinic locations where I offer consultations along with health
workshops.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. Be Free Now has been providing the unique Be Free Habit Free Formula for 2 years, though my
consultation practice has been ongoing for many years.
Q. What makes your business unique?
A. I have a passion for helping women to break free from habits and step into the fullness of their lives.
Basing the business on all that I believe in has resulted in the creation of unique health products which are
effortlessly part of every communication and conversation with the women I meet in life.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. I have offered talks at networking events and through this have inspired many women to start using the
unique Be Free Habit Free formula. This networking, along with open communication, has led to a number of joint
ventures, which have created the platform for my business as it stands today.
AWARDS
Q. Has your business been nominated for, was a finalist in, or won any awards or other commendations?
A. Recommendations come in the form of publicity in Magazines and the privilege to be chosen by Finally at
40 to be on their front cover in March 2010. As a result of my support I have been invited to contribute as the
regular health writer, which is a wonderful way to share and connect with women.
ADVICE
Q. What is the most helpful piece of advice you could give to other businesses?
A. Looking to assist others by sharing your own unique talents is crucial to success. Creating win-win
outcomes through joint ventures with businesses that are in line with all that you stand for makes smart business
sense. Joint ventures create a unified marketing platform which amplifies the results you might achieve by
yourself.

Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of MCEI?
A. I am looking to unite with a new team of business people where we can have a unified front to assist as
many people in small business as we can. Helping you to achieve freedom from any lifestyle habits so you can reach
your goals would be a wonderful bonus!
Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. Communication skills are always a welcome asset and I am excited about delivering motivational talks to
ensure everyone takes care of their health and wellbeing as this is a crucial element of small business
success.
Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. I will be discussing with the MCEI team avenues for sharing information that benefits the membership
base. Crucially I will share my experiences of MCEI with my database and those people I meet so they understand why
it is important that they become a part of the MCEI Organisation.
