Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. I believe in living a healthy and happy lifestyle. I am self motivated and passionate about my work. My interest is anything in design, I love expressing my creativity.

BUSINESS DETAILS
Q. Do you work from home?
A. At home I like to complete all my book work for the salon. It gives me time to go over it without distractions. I find it very important for me to have time at home to do this.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. Jigsaw hair studio is a place for people to get away from their day to day life to a retreat where they’re the only person that matters. We help our clients design a look to suit their lifestyle and then we try to achieve this look to the best of our ability.

Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Jigsaw hair studio is not a normal hair salon. We make it our goal for clients to feel 100 percent comfortable in our salon, from making coffee and teas the way they like it to their favourite magazines. We pride ourselves on our relationship with our clientele. All salons can provide a nice service but ours goes that one step above with our client care. We like our clients to feel like they are royalty, and we achieve this by all the services we offer.

MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Our client care is our number one priority followed by our staff happiness. When a client is having a problem whether at home or work, they turn to us as we are their outlet. We try to help them in any sort of situations from good to bad. We help them get away from all their troubles and give them a laugh. We are only successful when a client walks out of the salon happier then when they came in. Then we know we have done our job.

SUPPORT
Q. What would you like the Awards to do for your business?
A. I want the girls in the salon to get recognition for all their hard work. I believe our salon does everything we possibly can for our clients, whilst achieving a happy and healthy environment for all our staff. The MCEI Award would just be “icing on the cake”.

Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members, beyond your normal product or service?
A. I believe I can provide other business owners with the knowledge and insight on going above and beyond the call of duty for your clientele.

Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. I will demonstrate my support by being a mentor and representative for MCEI and promoting to my fellow business owners.
