Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc.
A. Hi, I'm Rick. With me you get pretty much what you see. I am pretty comfortable with who I am. I work
hard, think a lot about what we are doing and how we are doing it and how we could do it better. I read for
relaxation.
I like working with people after about 30 years as a computer programmer looking into a screen (I really enjoyed
that too). Both Marie and I look forward to a future where we don't have to work such long hours.

A. Yes but only because that's where the vineyard and Cafe Restaurant are.

Brandy Creek’s premium cool climate wines, including Tempranillo and Sparkling Pinot Gris.
Share a few of our tasty authentic Spanish Tapas dishes with family or friends and take in the stunning views
over the vineyard, olive grove and neighbouring farms out to the Baw Baw ranges. A perfect venue for a quiet meal
alone or with friends, family get togethers, wedding receptions and celebrations of all kinds. Now featuring the
famous Paella Feasts and Brazilian flame grill.

Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Our business is unique primarily because of our absolute commitment to excellence in all aspects of the
business and secondly because of our consistent and well marketed Spanish theme. These together with our relaxed
country friendliness, ambience and stunning views we think has enabled us to create a "Blue Ocean business".
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Building a Blue Ocean Business and Creatively using the opportunity of appearing on the postcards TV
program then obtaining the vision of the segment, combining it with other video vision we had made and using this
as a marketing tool on our website, on the net, at our restaurant and sending it to journalists etc.
