A. I am a local to the Sunshine Coast and my husband Wes and I have two wonderful sons Jordan and Brady.
With a two business household, our lifestyle is often hectic and we continually work toward a better work / life
balance.
I have strong family and business ethical values and strive to give back to the community by my involvement with
mentoring programs and support provided to other women in business. I enjoy reading and relaxing at every
opportunity and we both enjoy spending time working on and in the garden of "our castle".
My philosophy in life is take every available opportunity and enjoy every moment - and most importantly always
prioritise time for laughter and fun! I am definitely a glass half full girl.

A. We offer practical solutions to everyday staffing issues. We assist clients in developing strategies -
not just providing a costly consulting service.

Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. We have a very successful established business referral network. We are proud that 90% of our new
clients come to us via business to business referrals.

Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of MCEI?
A. Support with developing marketing tools to continue to build on my "point of difference" and value
adding to my clients.
