Q. In 100 words or less tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies
etc.
A. I think two philosophies I try and live by are… treat people they way you would like to be treated. And
there’s always a way if you’re committed. I have a great lifestyle because I love what I do (run a Golf Academy)
and more importantly believe in what we can offer. I always like the thought that you can grow as a person
everyday. My interests outside of work would have to be sport, catching up with friends and experiencing new
things.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. Le Brocque Golf Academy specialises in all forms of Golf Instruction. This includes running Golf
Education Programs, International Golf Programs, Corporate Golf Days, Golf Workshops/Schools and Private
Lessons.

A. No

A. Le Brocque Golf has a great team. 4 people working closely together to create a family like
atmosphere.
Q. How long have you been in business?
A. I personally have been in business for 4-5 years
Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Our business is unique because we offer more than just golf lessons. We offer programs that can
shape/change our students lives. Careers are made and life long friendships are created through these programs. We
strive to provide a high quality service to all our customers like know other in the industry.

Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Networking with other businesses and creating strong relationships with companies, business owners and
most important our customers/students.

Q. Has your business been nominated for, was a finalist in, or won any awards or other commendations?
A. Our business hasn’t yet but Brett Le Brocque (founder of Le Brocque Golf) has received a number of
accolades such as:
- Been named twice on the "Best Instructor" list in America by US Golf Digest
- Been an Australian Golf Magazine "Top 50 Instructor" since 1998
- Victorian PGA Teacher of the Year
- Runner-up Australian PGA Teacher of the Year
ADVICE
Q. What is the most helpful piece of advice you could give to other businesses?
A. Stay focused with your goals in mind. It can be very easy to get side tracked with so much happening
around us at times that’s why you need to keep looking forward to the future at where you’re heading and what your
striving for.
SUPPORT
Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of MCEI?
A. I’m looking for a number of things but the main thing would be growth. And I’m not just talking about
growing our company but growing as a person as well.
I’m looking forward to meeting some great people at MCEI and sharing ideas and giving back as well.
Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. I can offer MCEI members a different perspective as I am in a different industry to I think all the
members on here. I can also offer them support, and opportunities to work together and grow together.
Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. By doing more than what’s required. By not just sitting back but getting involved.
