A. A registered nurse by profession I am passionate about people - particularly women, and their health and wellbeing. I like to surround myself with positive, motivated people who make me laugh and live life to the fullest.

I am also a lone mother of two wonderful little children! I try to ensure that I have a work - life balance as I don't want to miss out on all the fun times.

A. Unlike a gym, we support each individual and their specific needs. We nurture their mind, body and spirit through their weight loss or fitness journey and achieve fabulous results quickly and safely. We assist clients to reclaim their lives, health and be all they can be.

A. The most successful marketing tool has been the advertising I have done in the local paper. These clients have then gone on to refer me to their friends, family and colleagues.
