Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. I have great passion for the Event Industry and love what I do. My family mean the world to me, I like
nothing more than sitting on the couch and watching a dvd with them. I love catching up with friends and my newest
challenge is attempting hiphop dance classes!

A. No, I have an office in Richmond
Q. What is it that your business does?
A. We are an Event Management Company helping companies save time, money and stress when it comes to
planning their events. We also provide a free on-line directory to help people planning their own event find
reputable venues and suppliers for their upcoming event.
Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Being an Event Management company as well as an online directory you can be assured we ‘know the
business’ and most importantly work in and understand the Industry.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. The strength of our business lies in our strong customer service focus and ability to implement
innovative ways to produce marketing opportunities for both Venues 2 Events and our Partners. Our most successful
marketing strategy has been our Trade Show Marketing Strategy focused around promoting our Partners and providing
cost effective ways for them to gain exposure at key Industry Trade Shows where they may not have had the time and
budget to be there themselves.
SUPPORT
Q. What would you like the Awards to do for your business?
A. Venues 2 Events provides promotional and marketing opportunities for Venues and Event Suppliers, to be
nominated to win a Marketing Award shows we are innovative and achieving success in our field. This would help to
raise the profile of Venues 2 Events and define ourselves as an Industry leader not only in an event environment
but marketing as well.
Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members, beyond your normal product or service?
A. I would be happy to assist in helping run events, write articles, do a presentation or discuss ways and
ideas that could benefit MCEI members.
Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. We would place the MCEI logo on our website, we are currently creating a page dedicated to the
professional associations Venues 2 Events supports. In our corporate e-newsletter letter we will also promote the
2009 MCEI Awards as well as happily promote the call for submissions in 2010 to all of our Partners as well as our
entire database. I am sure there are many other ways we can support the association if we put our thinking caps
on!
