Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc.
A. I am passionate about getting involved in the community especially charity work. I like challenges in life and business, it makes me stronger person as it goes to show I am not a quitter. When I am not working I spend lot of time driving high powered performance V6 & V8 cars as a hobbie.

Q. Do you work from home?
A. Yes I do work from home, I also have virtual office where my receptionist takes my calls while I work uninterrupted at home office.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. We are an Australian made mineral make up manufacturer, supplier and retailer of Heidi Yi products

Q. What makes your business unique?
A. I am also an author. I manage to successfully self publish a make up book called Pro make up by Heidi. An excellent guide for educating clients to improve their make up application techniques and how to best look after their skin.

MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Bartercard. By joining Bartercard network I have been able to distribute my products to non cash paying customers which makes it affordable for them and great brand exposure for me - Heidi Yi the brand.

SUPPORT
Q. What would you like to achieve for your business by having entered the MCEI Marketing Awards?
A. It gives me sense of achievement and accomplishment, it will encourage me to enter more awards

Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members, beyond your normal product or service?
A. Share ideas, brain storm and networking

Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. When an opportunity rises I like to help in any way that I can as I am frequent traveller to Melbourne.
