Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. I am 38, married with 2 delightful children and have decided that having a work/life balance is so
important which is quite easy because I enjoy my work and love my family. I enjoy a good book, walking the dog and
playing with my kids.

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. My business is a virtual assistance business – assisting small business operators with their outsourced
administrative/secretarial needs. Although situated in Sydney, as our business is virtual, we can assist businesses
Australia wide.
Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Although I cater for any administrative requirements, my business specialises in the area of office
setup and procedures for new start up businesses.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Networking would have to be the most important tool I have used. Attending a fortnightly meeting has
been the best opportunity for my business. Also utilising the database of members – that is another area to tap
into.

Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of MCEI?
A. To join like-minded individuals who have started their own business, want to grow their business and we
could possibly join forces. I want to be able to assist fellow members with their administrative requirements,
ensuring that their businesses move forward in a cost effective way.
Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. I offer a service which includes a personalised, efficient service utilising 20 years experience in
administration. I have been secretary for a national non-profit organisation and I am constantly networking for my
business and others.
