Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. Emma's philosophy is that networking is the key to any business success. I have spent 22 years in the
insurance industry and enjoy what I do. I have always believed if you help others with their business and help them
achive their goals, then that will assist you with achieving your own goals. I am a hard worker and always try and
achieve my ultimate potential, wherever possible. I enjoy fishing and spending time in the country.
Damien Muller enjoys country living, playing cricket and watching sports. Damien has spent 15 years in the
insurance industry and believes that a strong work ethic is integral in business. His philosophy is work hard and
acheive your highest potential. Damien enjoys networking and assisting others achieve their goals.

A. Insurance for the beauty industry and supportive services ie product discounts
Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Beauty Plus Insurance is the only business which provides Student cover in Australia. Student cover
provides cover for Professional Indemnity and Public Liability for students whilst they are undertaking their
course. Cover is provided to students who have received a compentancy in a particular subject.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Beauty Plus Insurance best marketing has been alligning itself with APAN, beauty industry standards.
This has enabled the business to earn credability and clients confidence in who we are. Beauty Plus Insurance has
also featured in the Sydney Spa and Beauty Exp, invested in its website and developed a promotional video to market
the business. However, the best marketing tool has been word of mouth.
SUPPORT
Q. What would you like to achieve for your business by having entered the MCEI Marketing Awards?
A. Recognition of achieving such a prestigious award and the exposure the award provides business who are
lucky enough to receive an award.
Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members, beyond your normal product or service?
A. We would love to provide assistance to other members in supporting their busienss as much as
possible.
Q. How do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of MCEI?
A. We would love to asist by providing referrals and assisting the association with events and
participating in forums
