Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics,
your hobbies etc.
A. I have been in my current
business for 5 years and ran another business for 3 years previously. I have completed a Bachelor of Science and
Diploma of Business Systems. As well as being a business, technology is a hobby and I enjoy learning about new
technology and the challenges that it presents.
I am
passionate about helping micro and small businesses with their technology and greatly enjoy meeting business
owners. I have a high work ethic but also believe the balance is important for a successful and fulfilling life.As
well as technology, I enjoy swimming, cycling, aviation, model aircraft and travelling in my spare
time.

A. We provide IT Support to anyone
with a computer, focusing on small businesses. Our goal is to ensure our clients have trouble-free
computing.

A. I work from an office in Ringwood

makes your business unique?
A. Our business
provides friendly and exceptional service to our clients. Through our unique IT Business support packages, we can
provide cost effective IT support. Additionally, much of our work is done remotely saving clients time and money
and allowing us to be highly responsive to client requests.
MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking
tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Networking. Specifically being a
member of a number of networking organisations and then working to generate strategic alliance with
members.
ADVICE
Q. What is the most helpful piece of advice you could
give to other businesses?
A. Have 3, 6 and 12 month goals and
a plan for each on how you are going to reach them. Also put time aside to spend working ON your business each
week.
SUPPORT
Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of
MCEI?
A. Businesses to build strategic
alliances with. Looking to meet other like minded business people and enjoy the events.
Q. What
is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. Assistance
with their computers and technology as well as strategic alliances to help them grow their
business.
Q. How
do you envisage demonstrating your support and loyalty to the association of
MCEI?
A. Where
possible I will come to all events held by MCEI. I will promote and recommend the organisation to my contacts. If I
see an opportunity to assist a member in any way I will.
MILESTONES August 2007- An important milestone was employing a dedicated phone support
technician. This has allowed me to spend more time onsite with clients and also to work on my business. It also has
value added to the business, allowing us to deliver service more responsively.
