Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc.
A.
Founder and director of Core Excellence which provides small business online, offline and attraction marketing solutions. That helps client step up to the next level of achievement, profitability and results in their business.
I hold a degree in Marketing, dipolma in Management and a diploma in Life Coach plus various other accreditations as well. This gives me a unique skill set that can give a business the edge it needs.
Before discovering her true passion, I worked as a corporate manager, marketing executive, workplace traineeship trainer and assessor, business developer and growth strategist, always looking for practical ways to add more value to the companies that I worked for.
I am a single mother of a fabulous 10 year who keeps me busy. I love spending time with him exploring Melbourne and finding fun and unusual things for us to do together. I understand their is more to life than just making a living, so work life balance is very important.
I enjoy cooking and entertaining along with travelling and glass of wine.

Core Excellence provides small business online, offline and attraction marketing solutions. That helps clients step up to the next level of achievement, profitability and results in their business.
By working with progressive and ambitious online and offline business owners, independent professionals and entrepreneurs in the small business sector, Core Excellence helps them identify those marketing activities that are most likely to reach their target market, to increase sales and build brand awareness in the marketplace. Each business is approached as individual and unique. No two business needs are alike so we don't just pick a box and pop them in. We conduct a marketing audit that helps us along with the client identify exact the step and strategies that need to be implemented in order to achieve the desired results and success.

I have an unique skill set that combines marketing, management, training and life coaching. That give Core Excellence an edge. I have the ability to "shake their tree" and make business owners more mindful and focused on what can really make a difference to their sales and bottomline. By tailoring packages to the needs of the individual business, we identify those marketing activities and strategies that are most likely to reach their target market, to increase sales and build brand awareness in the marketplace and ultimately success and the desired results .

MARKETING
Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A.
Lead generation - The Attraction Marketing System uses the key tool of an irresistable offer to attract clients into a database creating a catchment of potential new leads for my business nurture and turn into clients.
Internet marketing - the influence and impact the internet has on business today is amazing. As a result one of my key marketing strategies is optimising the use of as many aspect of the Internet as possible.

Q. What would you like to achieve for your business by having entered the MCEI Marketing Awards?
A.
It has been an interesting process putting together the award application. It has given me the opportunity to sit back and think about who I am, what I do and where I want my business to go.
To be successful in winning an award the recognition, credibility and visibility of such an honour would certainly raise my profile instantly. Looking at the calibre of those who have won previously I would be more than happy to be in their company.
