A. My passions are to:
- Contribute to the development of the sales profession
- Assist organisations to become more efficient, profitable and customer focussed
- Help sales people reach their full potential.
We all sell something; whether it is a good, service or idea.
I can work with your team to streamline their sales techniques, improve communication skills & work more
efficiently; so that they substantially increase their income.
With over 25 years of Sales & Management experience; I can provide sales excellence consulting, training
& coaching to ensure your customer base grows with ‘raving fans’.

A. We help organisations and individuals maximise their sales performance. Depending on your
organisation’s needs this may include developing the sales force or making sure the organisation supports the sales
process. We bring together a unique combination of sales performance excellence, human resources management and
change management capabilities.

A. I work with my wife and business partner Erica Collins (HR Consultant). From time to time we engage the
services of sub-contractors

A. Driving Force Australia Pty Ltd commenced in November 2009 in response to a perceived need in the
market for more holistic sales effectiveness consultants. Our 45 plus years of combined experience in Sales and

A. To date, word of mouth and recommendations.
I take pride in providing excellent service to my clients. This includes prompt follow up, honest feedback and
adding value to the relationship.

A. Do what you say you’ll do, return phone calls & follow up on clients to ensure that they are happy
