Q. Tell us something about you – your philosophy, your lifestyle, your ethics, your hobbies etc
A. As the Founder and Principal Coach and Trainer for Beyond Coaching I live for my work. I live for it because specialising in human behaviour is not just a job for me, it’s a way of life! I feel continually blessed to work with my clients and colleagues and can’t imagine doing anything else… except maybe “Dancing with the Stars”!

Q. What is it that your business does?
A. Provides coaching and training for individuals and businesses. Provides leadership coaching and personal life coaching. Provides communication training. The Leadership through language mastery series includes: 1.Fundamentals of communication, 2. Team talk training and 3. Words that change minds –understanding and triggering motivation (new to Australia!)

Q. What makes your business unique?
A. Beyond Coaching offers cutting edge, advanced communication training and behavioural profiling based on methodologies and tools new to the Australian market. Q. What is the most important Marketing/Networking tool/strategy your business has had success with?
A. Passion! When you are passionate about what you do, it is contagious and people become curious to know more.

SUPPORT
Q. What is it you are looking for as a member of MCEI?
A. The ability to connect with business leaders/ executives/managers who are passionate about investing in their people and understand that the greatest investment they can make in their business is to invest in the development of their people.

Q. What is it you can offer to MCEI members?
A. Beyond Coaching can use behavioural expertise and an advanced understanding of language patterns to assist members to know ‘how’ to communicate effectively to their customers, clients, markets, etc, rather than just ‘what’ to communicate.

We also do keynote presentations on Leadership through Language Mastery or some version of this depending on the audience requirements. Eg this one could be tailored to address marketing communications not just interpersonal client communications. This would be a very powerful presentation!
